Refund and Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most products. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Unused and Unopened: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • Return Authorization: You must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning the item.

Items that are non-returnable include:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as final sale

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in initiating a return or exchange.

2. Return Process

To return an item, follow these steps:

  2. Prepare the Return: Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
  3. Ship the Return: Once you have received your RAN, ship the product back to the address we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed once we receive the item.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that:

  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

If you receive a refund, the amount will be minus any restocking fees or additional costs incurred during the return process.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions or need assistance with the exchange process.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will either offer a replacement or process a full refund for the item, depending on your preference. To facilitate this process, please provide:

We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.

6. Late Returns

Returns made after the 30-day return window will not be accepted, unless the item is defective or damaged. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
